Delivery

We have partnered with a leading two-man delivery service that specialises in the delivery and instalment of premium furniture.

Please note: Our standard two-man courier service typically delivers your items to the doorstep level only. For apartments or flats, this means the ground floor entrance of the building, or to the entrance of your floor if accessible by a lift large enough to accommodate the furniture packaging.

If you require delivery to an upstairs room, a specific garden level, or a designated location within your home, please select our Room of Choice (ROC) service.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Good Habits

• Regularly clean your ALUXO® furniture with a soft cloth and mild soapy water to prevent the build-up of dust and environmental residue

• During extreme weather or winter months, we recommend using breathable furniture covers or storing your pieces in a sheltered area to maintain their premium finish

• To preserve the vibrant colour and integrity of your cushions, store them in a dry, indoor space when not in use, especially during prolonged periods of wet weather

• For items with moving parts or canopies, always ensure the fabric is fully dry before closing or storing to prevent mildew and structural stress

• Protect your investment by using coasters for hot drinks and avoiding the placement of glass items in direct, concentrated sunlight on artificial wood or polyrattan surfaces

• Our furniture is designed for elegant relaxation, not for heavy impact. To protect the integrity of the solid frames and weaves, ensure your furniture is not mistaken for a trampoline

Getting Acquainted

• We hope your new furniture looks just as gorgeous in your home as you imagined. There may be a little compression on the cushions when you first unbox them due to transit; simply plump them thoroughly and give them a few days to regain their full, inviting shape

• Get working on your comfy position—your seating will become increasingly comfortable as you wear it in. We recommend switching up your favourite seat from time to time to allow for even wear across the set

• As you begin using your outdoor pieces, you’ll find they settle into your space beautifully. Give the fabric and frames a light freshen up with a soft brush to keep them looking brand new from day one

Accidents Can Happen

• Gently blot any spillages with a clean, dry cloth immediately to soak up as much liquid as possible before it settles into the fibres

• Remove any light stains with a damp cloth and gently blot. Avoid the temptation to use any strong chemicals, bleach, or abrasive detergents which may damage the protective coatings

• Noticed a small snag in your weave or fabric? Gently tease the fibres back into position or trim loose threads carefully with scissors to keep your furniture looking as good as new
