1. Delivery & Shipping
  • Standard Delivery: Our standard lead time is typically within 10 – 15 working days, though most deliveries are completed within 7 days.
  • Express Delivery: For North West customers, our private fleet offers a 3 – 5 day service. Pricing is available at checkout. For express enquiries elsewhere, please contact us.
  • Tracking: You will receive automated updates via email or SMS once dispatched.
  • Collection: Most items can be ready for collection within 2 hours. Please contact us to confirm.

2. Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? Please advise us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be in original, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging and labels intact. View our Returns Policy.
3. Orders & Payments
We support flexible payment solutions including Klarna, Clearpay, and PayPal Credit, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase. Availability is subject to the provider's approval.
4. Additional Services
  • Can you assemble my dining table? Yes, we offer professional installation. Please add our Assembly Service to your basket.
  • Can furniture be delivered to a specific room or upstairs? Our standard courier service is Doorstep Level only. If you require delivery to a room of your choice, please add our Room of Choice Service to your order.
5. Showroom & Warehouse Visits
Our showroom is currently undergoing renovation and is due to reopen in Mid-May 2026.

In the meantime, you are very welcome to view specific products at our Royton Warehouse to experience the comfort and see our finishes in person. To ensure your chosen item is unboxed and prepared for you, please book an appointment in advance.

If visiting us is not convenient, we also offer a comprehensive sample service which is often the easiest way to check colours against your own interior lighting. Please refer to Point 6 below for more information on ordering samples.
