We offer free delivery across the UK mainland on the majority of our items.

*Please note: This excludes promotional items such as Wall Panels / Samples.

Home Delivery

All nationwide orders are fulfilled via a professional delivery service. For your peace of mind, tracking information is provided upon dispatch.

Estimated Lead Times

  • Standard Lead Time: Within 10 – 15 working days
  • Please note: We cannot offer a specific delivery date unless the order is delivered via our own fleet (typically within the North West area).

⚠️ Delivery Notes & Restrictions:

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all contact information (delivery address and phone number) provided at the time of order is accurate and reachable. Incorrect or incomplete details will result in delayed dispatch/delivery. Any additional costs incurred due to such errors—including re-delivery, failed delivery, or return shipping fees—will be charged to the customer.
  • Delivery is currently unavailable to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or UK Islands.

If you prefer to collect your order in person, collection is available directly from the Aluxo Trade Warehouse.

Collection Guidelines

  • Notice Period: Please notify us at least 2 hours before your arrival so our warehouse team has sufficient time to prepare your order.
  • Vehicle: Please ensure you bring a suitable car or van for your collection.
  • Arrival: Upon arrival, please provide your Order Number to our warehouse staff.
