Table Assembly Service — Add-On

Make life easier by adding our professional Table Assembly Service to your order. This service is available only when purchased alongside a Dining, Coffee, Console, or Lamp Table. Our experienced team will deliver and assemble your item in the room of your choice (subject to access).

What the service includes

• Delivery to ground floor or first-floor rooms.
• Professional assembly by two trained technicians.
• On-site inspection of parts, installation of table top and base, and securing of fastenings.
• Quick demonstration of any moving parts and care advice.

Important terms & conditions

1. Eligibility: Assembly must be ordered at the same time as your Table purchase. Stand-alone bookings are not accepted.
2. Access & site conditions: Customer must ensure clear access and safe working space. Additional charges may apply for difficult access (narrow staircases, long carries, external entry, or furniture removal).
3. Timing: We will provide an estimated delivery and assembly window at time of booking. Exact appointment times may vary.
4. Delays & cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to reschedule. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a fee.
5. Exclusions: Electrical work, wall-fixing, lifting heavy items up multiple flights without lift access, and disposal of large existing furniture are excluded unless agreed in advance.

Pricing & payment

The assembly fee is charged per table as an add-on at checkout. Please note that this service is non-refundable if the item is returned.

Before our visit — please prepare

• Ensure the delivery path is free of obstacles (clear hallways, doors and stairways).
• Remove small valuables and breakables from the assembly area.
• Have a suitable area cleared for packaging to be placed during assembly.
