Here at Aluxo, we want more people to be able to have luxurious, well-made, fashionable furniture in their home. So, we partner with only chosen manufacturers to make sure our trend-led pieces are both affordable and built to last. We only commission items we have total confidence in, and therefore are proud to provide our customers with a free 1 Year Guarantee when you purchase a new product from our dining furniture.

Our Guarantee is that we will repair or replace any part of a defective applicable product due to faulty materials free of charge within the relevant guarantee period, even if any manufacturer’s guarantee has expired.

Delivery

We have partnered with a leading two man delivery service that specialises in the delivery and instalment of furniture.

Please note: Our standard two man courier service typically delivers sofas to the doorstep level only. For apartments or flats, this means the ground floor entrance of the building, or to the entrance of your floor if accessible by a lift large enough to accommodate the sofa.

If you require delivery to an upstairs room or a specific location within your home, please select our Room of Choice (ROC) service.

If you are purchasing an item that is currently in stock, your delivery will usually be within 10 working days of placing your order.

If your item is currently not in stock, your delivery will usually be within 10 days of the date we communicate to you that we expect the item to be received into our warehouse.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply use the contact us form inside the website and our team will be happy to help.
