Assembly Instructions
xAssembly Instructions
All Dining Tables, Coffee Tables, Console Tables, and End Tables are delivered flat-packed and require a two-person assembly. Each product comes with a clear instruction manual. Most customers can assemble their furniture themselves around 60 minutes by following the manual.
Should you prefer professional assistance, you can add our Assembly Service here.
Before you start assembling, please ensure you have:
- A clean, flat workspace with sufficient room to lay out all components.
- All parts and fixings included in the package (check against the instruction manual).
- Two people available for lifting and assembling larger pieces.
Important notes:
- Do not attempt assembly alone for large or heavy items to avoid injury or damage.
- Follow the instruction manual carefully; improper assembly may affect stability or safety.
- If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact our customer support before attempting assembly.
Once assembled, your furniture should be stable and ready for use. Regularly check and tighten any screws or fixings if needed over time.

Delivery & Returns
xDelivery
We have partnered with a leading two man delivery service that specialises in the delivery and instalment of furniture.
Please note: Our standard two man courier service typically delivers sofas to the doorstep level only. For apartments or flats, this means the ground floor entrance of the building, or to the entrance of your floor if accessible by a lift large enough to accommodate the sofa.
If you require delivery to an upstairs room or a specific location within your home, please select our Room of Choice (ROC) service.
If you are purchasing an item that is currently in stock, your delivery will usually be within 10 working days of placing your order.
If your item is currently not in stock, your delivery will usually be within 10 days of the date we communicate to you that we expect the item to be received into our warehouse.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply use the contact us form inside the website and our team will be happy to help.
