  • A clean, flat workspace with sufficient room to lay out all components.
  • All parts and fixings included in the package (check against the instruction manual).
  • Two people available for lifting and assembling larger pieces.

We have partnered with a leading two man delivery service that specialises in the delivery and instalment of furniture.

Please note: Our standard two man courier service typically delivers sofas to the doorstep level only. For apartments or flats, this means the ground floor entrance of the building, or to the entrance of your floor if accessible by a lift large enough to accommodate the sofa.

If you require delivery to an upstairs room or a specific location within your home, please select our Room of Choice (ROC) service.

If you are purchasing an item that is currently in stock, your delivery will usually be within 10 working days of placing your order.

If your item is currently not in stock, your delivery will usually be within 10 days of the date we communicate to you that we expect the item to be received into our warehouse.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
