Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refund Process & Timeline

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you will receive it sooner. This period includes:

• Processing time: 2 to 4 working days once received.
• Bank processing: 3 to 5 working days.
